How do I book directly with S&J Hospedajes?
Choose your dates and number of guests, select an available entire accommodation and send your request. We send an automatic WhatsApp with your request summary. To confirm, send at least 50% of the total to +57 312 500 2575 and share the receipt by WhatsApp.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. The form creates a pending booking request. It is only confirmed after S&J records at least 50% of the total as received and sends you the confirmation.
How do I know my booking was confirmed?
Once at least 50% of the total has been received, S&J changes the booking to confirmed and sends you a WhatsApp with your SJH code, accommodation, dates and total.
How do I pay for the stay?
The website does not charge online at this time. The direct base rate is COP 80,000 per guest per night. Direct bookings require a minimum 50% deposit before confirmation. Send the deposit to +57 312 500 2575 and share the receipt by WhatsApp.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The applicable conditions are explained in the cancellation policy. If your request has not been confirmed yet, contact us so we can cancel it.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
